The short version
This website sets no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. It has no contact forms. It does not ask you for an email address. There is nothing here that builds a profile of you.
What the site does store
One cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading in English or Spanish. It contains a two-letter language code and nothing else. Clearing your browser cookies removes it and the site works exactly the same.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request times, as any web server does. These are used to run and secure the site.
When you message us
Every button on this site opens WhatsApp or your SMS app. That conversation is not on this website. When you message us we see your phone number, your name if your profile shows one, and whatever you write.
We keep that conversation so we can plan and deliver your trip. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not directly involved in delivering what you booked.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta and governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
Suppliers
To deliver a booking we pass on what a supplier needs, and only that. A villa owner gets the names and dates. A driver gets a flight number and a pickup point. A clinic, if you ask us to arrange logistics around a procedure, gets nothing medical from us because we hold nothing medical about you.
Your data
Message us and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. There is no form and no process because there does not need to be one.
