- What kind of food?
- Whatever you want. Most groups take the Antioquian tasting menu the first night and steak the second.
- How far in advance?
- Forty-eight hours is comfortable. Twenty-four is possible, and the menu narrows.
- Can he cook for more than eight?
- Yes, with a second assistant. It changes the price, so tell me the number.
